Ahmedabad has changed a lot over the years. Traffic is heavier now. Airport routes get busy at odd timings. Weekend highway travel has increased. People travel more frequently, but they also lose patience faster when travel coordination goes wrong.

RM Travels has been working in the Ahmedabad taxi service for around 15 years, handling local rides, airport transfers, family travel, corporate bookings, and long-distance outstation trips across Gujarat and nearby states.

A lot of people contact us after bad experiences elsewhere. Last-minute cancellations. Hidden charges after reaching the destination. Drivers asking unnecessary questions during the trip. Cars that looked fine in photos but arrived in poor condition.

These things sound small individually. Together, they ruin the journey.

That’s one reason why many customers now prefer direct taxi operators instead of depending completely on random app bookings every single time.

Especially for family travel.
